Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Cello Accelerator Course you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our services.
Subscription and Payment
The Cello Accelerator Course is offered as a monthly subscription. By enrolling you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the free trial your access to the free content will end unless you enroll in the paid subscription. No credit card is required for the free trial unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property
All course content including videos, written materials, workbooks and other resources are the property of Mana Music LLC and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, share or sell any course content without our express written permission. Your subscription grants you a personal non-transferable license to access course content for your own individual use only.
User Conduct
You agree not to share your account credentials with others, use our content for commercial purposes without written permission, attempt to download or reproduce course videos or materials, or engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with our services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Cello Accelerator Course is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results you will achieve from using our course. Individual results will vary based on effort, experience and other factors.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mana Music LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Honolulu County, Hawaii.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
